During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like a small fridge and a continental breakfast in the restaurant. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was situated in a safe and convenient neighborhood with easy access to shopping and restaurants. the comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location made my stay enjoyable.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the front desk staff were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Bastos neighborhood, which is full of shopping and restaurants. the area is safe and easily walkable. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast with fresh croissants in the small restaurant. the staff is friendly and helpful, trying their best to solve technical problems and accommodate special meal requests. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, some even equipped with a small fridge.
The hotel lacks proper locks on the rooms, which can be concerning for security.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, from the spotless rooms to the well-maintained toilets. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious room and a beautiful outside garden to relax in. The location in an otherwise crowded center was perfect, offering a nice view and easy access to transportation. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Spent my Xmas at this hotel and absolutely loved it! the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was incredible. the breakfast was a delicious mix of freshly baked pastries and local dishes, and the views from the restaurant were breathtaking. the location was perfect for exploring the city and finding great places to eat. I also enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the hotel, which was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
